The Steelers are preparing for the Packers after a pseudo-bye week afforded by Thursday Night Football.
Plenty to monitor on the Pitt front, as well. The football team is getting set for a rival. It's Syracuse, my alma mater, this Saturday at Yankee Stadium in New York.
Happy college hoops opening day to all! I will be at the Petersen Events Center for the Panthers' season opener against North Carolina A&T a 7 p.m.
