Corey Crisan, born in Sharon, Pa., covers the Steelers and Pitt athletics for DK Pittsburgh Sports.

Corey most recently was a college sports reporter and a copy editor for The Blade in Toledo, Ohio. He spent time on the beat covering the Mid-American Conference and athletics for Bowling Green State University and the University of Toledo. He earned his Master's from Syracuse University's S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications in 2018, and he is an undergraduate alumnus of Youngstown State University. Corey has previously worked in the print, radio, and digital media fields, including having spent time as a Minor League Baseball broadcaster. In his spare time, you can find him throwing darts on the golf course, cooking Michelin star dishes, or planted in front of a monitor playing video games.
