• RUN: Gorski then drives in Williams, who was moving on the pitch to take the lead. PIRATES, 8-7.
• RUN: Bae steals second and then his singled home by Alika Williams to tie things up in the eighth.
• Ji Hwan Bae singles after two quick outs.
• Tanner Rainey puts together another 1-2-3 inning. He's had a really strong spring and is making a great case for the opening day roster, but bullpen spots are tight. I'm curious at how that will play out.
• Sorry guys was in the clubhouse, looks like Kevin McGonigle doubled to right field to score Max Clark after Clark had doubled to score Andrew Navigato and Kreidler, TIGERS, 7-6.
• Cruz strikes out for the third time tonight to go along with his RBI single.
• Ferguson then strikes out Sweeney for the final out of the inning to turn it over to the bottom half of the inning.
• Caleb Ferguson has now stepped onto the bump. He gets two quick outs.
• Pham makes decent contact, but it's a fly out to center field. We head to the sixth.
• Triolo swings over a sweeper at the bottom of the zone and it turns over to the top of the lineup.
• IKF follows up that RBI by stealing second base, runners on second and third.
• RUN: IKF knocks one past Sweeney at shortstop and drives in Cutch from third. PIRATES, 6-4.
• Yorke grounds out to second base but moves the runners over to second and third.
• RUNS: Nicky Two Runs, delivers a two-run single to center field to give the Pirates the lead. PIRATES, 5-4.
• RUN: With an emphatic bat toss, Cutch walks down to first base to bring in a run. TIGERS, 4-3.
• Bart walks to load the bases. That brings up Cutch as Brendan White comes on for the Tigers.
• RUN: Cruz then pokes one into the outfield to bring home Pham. Just made contact there, nothing special, and out the ball in play. Tigers, 4-2.
• RUN: Reynolds doubles in Triolo, putting runners on second and third for Cruz.
• Colin Holderman has entered the game and Jared Triolo immediately makes another great play at third for the first out of the fifth.
• IKF sends a groundball back to Montero on the mound and that ends a threat with two runners on. TIGERS, 4-0.
• A nice base knock for Gonzales into right field. He's had a solid spring.
• Heaney catches Ryan Kreidler looking on a fastball on the outer edge for his fourth strikeout.
• Heaney has struck out the first two batters he's faced here in the fourth before Jace Jung reaching on a Yorke fielding error at first base. He then advanced to third on a throwing error by Heaney.
• RUN: Spencer Torkelson then drove in Ibanez after he had advanced to third on a Justyn-Henry Malloy double. TIGERS, 4-0.
• RUN: Andy Ibanez drove in Jahmai Jones for the Tigers' third run. TIGERS, 3-0.
• HOME RUN: Ryan Kreidler homers to left field, the second Heaney has allowed today.
• Outside of a Nick Gonzales walk, the Pirates go quickly in the bottom of the second. Nick Yorke ends it with a strikeout.
• Joey Bart just tossed out Andrew Navigato at second base to end the inning.
• HOME RUN: Dillon Dingler just took Heaney over the boardwalk in left field. It went 392 feet and would've been a HR in 27 of 30 MLB ballparks.
