One of the great points of pride of this venture has been paying back, in our tiny way, those who serve in the military. From the day we launched in 2014, we've offered free subscriptions to anyone in active duty, and we've since heard from all over the world how much it's meant for our men and women in uniform to stay connected to their hometown teams.
That'll never change. We'll do it forever.
It wasn't until later that a group of our readers came up with the concept of contributing to do likewise for military veterans, those who've already served. And that's where our annual military drive was born, with glowing results year after year.
