Pitt football is on to Rhode Island for its final primer before ACC play begins, and we are less than 50 days away from the men's and women's basketball seasons tipping off.
Pitt men's basketball opens its first official team practice on Monday. ACC Tip-off media days are Oct. 11 (women) and 12 (men) in Charlotte, and we'll be back into more of a basketball frame of mind by that point with coverage from the event.
