Two of the Penguins' top prospects, wingers Samuel Poulin and Nathan Legare, are among the 24 players who will participate in the team's four-day development camp, beginning Saturday.

The event will be held at UPMC Lemieux Sports Complex, with a skills session planned for 10 a.m. each day, followed by a practice at 11 on each of the first three days.

The camp will conclude with a scrimmage Tuesday at 11 a.m.

Skating and skills development coach Ty Hennes will oversee the 10 a.m. workout, while Wilkes-Barre/Scranton coach J.D. Forrest will run the 11 a.m. sessions.

All practices and the scrimmage will be open to the public and free.

In addition to Poulin and Legare, noteworthy participants in the camp will include Drew O'Connor, who appeared in 10 games with the Penguins last season, and forward Valtteri Puustinen.

The full camp roster, which features 14 forwards, seven defensemen and three goalies, can be found here.

The main training camp will open with on-ice work Sept. 23.
