Robin Lehner has supplanted Marc-Andre Fleury as the Golden Knights' starting goaltender in these playoffs.
Fleury's agent Allan Walsh created a bit of drama on Twitter on Saturday night when he tweeted an edited image seemingly implying that the change in goaltending was Vegas coach Pete DeBoer stabbing Fleury in the back:
Fleury has started just two games this postseason -- One of the Golden Knights' three round robin games in the first phase of the playoffs, then Game 3 against the Blackhawks in the first round.
As the Golden Knights prepare to play the Canucks in the second round, it doesn't seem like DeBoer will make a change in goaltender any time soon.
Marc-Andre Fleury hasn't lost in regulation to Vancouver in 14 years.
I asked about opponents and lineups with that in mind. This was DeBoer's exact quote.
"When I think about it, I don't think it changes our roster decisions or our line makeups, at least not for Game 1." https://t.co/2krnbcWRuX

According to several sources: the Golden Knights met with Marc-Andre Fleury this afternoon and are satisfied this will not be an issue as they chase the Stanley Cup. I'd expect Fleury to address this with media tomorrow.
