Stefen Wisniewski, who has played on two of the past three Super Bowl winners, hopes to make it three out of four years in 2020. And this time, he'll be doing it with his hometown team.
Wisniewski announced on Twitter Thursday night that he's signed with the Steelers. It's a two-year deal, though he made $930,000 on a one-year deal with the Chiefs in 2019.

The move to sign Wisniewski, who grew up in South Fayette and was a product of Pittsburgh Central Catholic High School and Penn State, was not all that surprising. In fact, it makes perfect sense for the Steelers, who lost guard/center B.J. Finney to the Seahawks in free agency earlier this week.
Wisniewski, 30, has played nine NFL seasons, appearing in 134 games, 103 of which have been starts. He was a second-round draft pick of the Raiders in 2011 and has also played with the Jaguars, Eagles and Chiefs, winning Super Bowls with Philadelphia and Kansas City.
The Steelers will use Wisniewski as their backup interior offensive lineman at all three positions, a spot formerly held by Finney. With the loss of Finney and retirement of Ramon Foster earlier this week, the team will likely move right tackle Matt Feiler inside to left guard. Chuks Okorafor and Zach Banner are expected to battle for the right tackle position.
But Wisniewski gives the Steelers another option, albeit one who hasn't played as much in recent years. He made seven starts for the Eagles in 2018 and two starts in 11 games for the Chiefs in 2019.
Wisniewski is the second outside free agent to sign with the Steelers this week. The team also added fullback Derek Watt on Wednesday.
