Antonio Brown vs. Logan Paul inside the ring?
I mean, sign me up. I have no shame, and this is exactly the type of thing that'll cause me to wrangle up some friends, cook some good eats, crack some cold suds and enjoy a mindless evening of pure entertainment.
But why, oh, why are we even discussing Brown boxing a YouTube celebrity?
It all started when Brown tweeted the following late Monday night:

And then...
i’d drop you faster than the patriots https://t.co/Vv592JRkxk

Well. The first blow's landed by Paul, no doubt. Beautiful counter, young man.
The thing is ... We actually have some odds on the matchup now, too, and Brown is a serious underdog:

Rightly so.
At 6-foot-2, 189 pounds, Paul has size on Brown's 5-foot-10, 186-pound stature.
More than that, though, Paul's done this before, completing two fights against fellow YouTube celebrity and rapper KSI. Paul and KSI fought to a majority draw in the first tilt, then KSI won a six-round split decision in the rematch.
Paul, to his credit, actually showed some skill in those two fights. He's athletic, and he at times showed some boxing fundamentals, working the jab and using decent head movement to avoid KSI's haymakers. Biggest of all, he crushed KSI with two uppercuts in Round 4, earning an official knockdown in the process.
It might not be much, but having any experience is an advantage inside the ring, something Brown might learn soon enough.
I can't believe I just typed all this.
Welcome to 2020, friends.
