Samuel Poulin, the Penguins' first-round pick in 2019, had a big game in the QMJHL on Monday.

Poulin, 18, was named the No. 1 star of his Sherbrooke Phoenix's 5-0 win over the Blainville-Boisbriand Armada for his two-goal performance.

Poulin's first goal of the game came late in the second period to extend the Phoenix's lead to 3-0:

Poulin finished the win with six shots, tied for the second-most on the Phoenix. He now has three goals and seven assists through eight games. With 36 total shots this season, he's averaging 4.5 shots per game and has an 8.3 shooting percentage.
