When Antonio Brown popped up on the injury report late last week with a toe injury, it caused more than a little consternation among Steelers fans. Brown missed practice on both Friday and Saturday as the team finished its final preparations for Monday night's game at Cincinnati.
But sources say the Steelers expect the NFL's leading receiver to play, despite listing him as questionable on their final injury report.
Brown, 28, has not missed a game since being injured in the 2015 playoffs at Cincinnati, when he suffered a concussion. He sat out the Steelers' playoff loss the following week at Denver. He has not missed a regular season game because of injury since a hamstring injury sidelined him for three games in 2012. Mike Tomlin chose not to play Brown and several other star players in last year's regular-season finale against Cleveland.
