While the Penguins are in the middle of their campaign to repeat as champions and the Pirates are beginning spring training, the Steelers’ front office is at work preparing for the NFL Scouting Combine, which starts this weekend.

We spent the last few weeks reviewing the performance and outlook of each position group for the Steelers with our “final grades” series. There we assessed the strengths and weaknesses of each player and gave a brief synopsis of whether the Steelers might invest their free agency moves and draft picks to fill in any holes.

Since the NFL Scouting Combine starts this weekend, we’re going to give you a rundown of what the Steelers’ needs are and where you can narrow your focus on which players to follow as they perform the various events throughout the combine.



FREE AGENTS
