The Steelers have downgraded Cole Holcomb (illness) and Chuck Clark (illness) from questionable to out. They will not play against the Colts on Sunday.
The team has also activated Malik Harrison (knee) from injured reserve. He is no longer questionable and is now expected to play on Sunday.
Harrison will fill in for Holcomb, but Clark being ruled out is significant. Jabrill Peppers is also out with a quadricep injury, leaving the Steelers down two safeties. Newcomer Kyle Dugger only got two practices in with the team after being traded on Tuesday. So, he might have to get on a moving train, whether Mike Tomlin likes it or not.
