• Keller said the team rallied around Oneil Cruz between yesterday and today. He said, "I don’t think there was one person in this clubhouse who doesn’t think he can bring it every single night."
• Rodriguez on Cruz: "Yea, that guy is nasty."
• Despite giving up a home run, David Bednar earned his first save of the season, which came on another high fastball. I asked Shelton afterward if that's something he's work on or trying to tweak and he said: "It's something that has made him elite. We just gotta make sure it gets to the right spot."
