Men's basketball: Three key contributors enter transfer portal
Tre Dinkins III has reportedly entered the transfer portal, joining Duquesne teammates Kareem Rozier and Matus Hronsky in doing so over the past two days.
Dinkins, who made 41 starts and played in 62 career games over two seasons at Canisius prior to landing at Duquesne, led the Dukes in scoring (12.9 points per game) this past season. He started in 30 of Duquesne's 32 games and was a 41% shooter who shot 38% from three-point range.
Rozier, a leader in the Duquesne locker room, played in over 100 games over his three years in a Dukes uniform. He set a career high in points (6.7) and assists (3.3) per game this past season, while leading the Atlantic 10 Conference with a 3.1 assist-to-turnover ratio.
Hronsky started in 11 of the 32 games he played this past season. He averaged 5.2 points in 17 minutes per game.
