Felipe Vazquez was arrested Tuesday on multiple charges, including computer pornography – solicitation of a child, providing obscene material to minors, statutory sexual assault, unlawful contact with a minor, corruption of minors and indecent assault of someone less than 16.
Wednesday, more details emerged.
According to a criminal complaint filed in Westmoreland County, Vazquez admitted to police that he attempted to have sex with the underage girl in August of 2017. He also admitted to sending naked photos of himself to her, but denied actually having sex with her.
Per the affidavit (Warning: sensitive and disturbing content):
"The Victim explained that the Accused [Vazquez] came to her residence located within Scottdale Borough, Westmoreland County, in August of 2017. The Victim described that the Accused was alone, and he was driving a red Ford Mustang, which he parked at the bottom of her driveway. The Victim entered the passenger side of the vehicle. The Accused, while seated in the driver's seat of the vehicle, placed her on his lap and removed her pants. The Accused then placed the head of his penis into the Victim's vagina. According the Victim only the "tip" of the Accused's penis entered her vagina. Although the Accused tried to place more of his penis into her vagina no more would enter. After approximately one minute of trying, the Victim explained that the Accused gave up."
According to the complaint, the two began communicating over social media in 2017 when the victim was 13 years old.
Later in the affidavit, it reads (Warning: sensitive and disturbing content): "As recently as July of 2019, Vazquez acknowledged sending text messages to the Victim in which he expressed a desire to 'finish...breaking your pussy.'"

Pennsylvania State Police say they plan to keep Vazquez in Pennsylvania to prosecute him here.
