Antonio Brown has been named the 2017 AFC Offensive Player of the Year by NFL 101 Awards, the second time in his career he has been so honored. Brown shared the award in 2014 with teammate Le'Veon Bell.
Brown was a unanimous Associated Press All-Pro selection last week, the only player to be named on all 50 ballots. It marked the fourth consecutive year Brown was named first-team AP All-Pro. He was also voted Steelers MVP for the fourth time in his career, and selected to the Pro Bowl for the sixth time.
Despite missing the final two regular season games with a calf injury, Brown finished the regular season with 101 receptions for a league-best 1,533 yards and nine touchdowns. He averaged 109.5 yards per game.
He also had a league-leading eight 100-yard receiving games and recorded 10 or more catches in a league-high six games.
Brown returned to practice Monday as the Steelers began preparations for their playoff game Sunday against Jacksonville and is expected to play in the contest.
