Kessel ties game late, but Fleury gaffe ends it

GLENDALE, Ariz. — The Penguins came out of nowhere to tie the game Saturday against the Coyotes at Gila River Arena.

The game-winning goal came out of nowhere, too:

Phil Kessel evened the game with 14 seconds remaining, but the Penguins fell when Connor Murphy's harmless-looking flick from well above the left circle beat Marc-Andre Fleury to the short side to lift the Coyotes, 4-3Josh Archibald, in his second NHL game, scored twice for the Penguins, who needed the boost without injured forwards Evgeni Malkin, Carl Hagelin, Conor Sheary and Bryan Rust.
