Riverhounds’ frustrations boiling over

Kevin Kerr squatted near the goal at the west end of Highmark Stadium, rested his elbows on his knees and stared blankly at the field — and like every fan in the stands — the Riverhounds’ midfielder wondered how every aspect of his club’s play has gone completely awry this season.

If anyone knows just how far the Hounds have fallen — including a 2-11-4 overall record and 13th place in the USL's Eastern Conference — it’s Kerr. It looked like no one took Sunday night’s 2-1 loss to arch-rival Harrisburg in the second leg of the Keystone Derby Cup harder than him.
