Jim Ferry talks with Mike Lewis II. -- MATT SUNDAY / DKPS (File)

The panic never set in, and Jim Ferry expected nothing less.

A slow start and an uneven second half had Duquesne in another game that would go down to the last shot, and his two freshmen gave him every reason to call a play putting the Dukes' fate in their hands.

Point guard Mike Lewis II came off a high ball screen, drew two defenders and threw back to Isiaha Mike, who made a three-pointer from the left wing with 17 seconds left, to help the Dukes sink Central Connecticut State, 70-67.
